Use of this website

This website describes the sworn translation and interpreting services and lets you request a quote. Published prices exclude VAT; the final price is set in the quote.

Data protection

Data processed: what is sent through the form, WhatsApp or email (name, email, phone, comments and the attached document).

Purpose: preparing and sending the quote and, if you accept it, doing and invoicing the translation.

Legal basis: your consent when you send the request and, if the service is hired, the contract and legal (tax and accounting) obligations.

Retention: documents and translations are kept for five years from delivery, the general period for handling claims arising from the job, and are then deleted. Billing data is kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires.

Recipients: data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. The form is sent through the website's hosting provider and an email delivery service, acting as data processors.

Your rights: you can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to traduccionjuradabcn@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
