How much does it cost?
€0.08 per word, with a €40 minimum for documents under 570 words. Interpreting costs €100 per hour plus travel. VAT (21 %) is not included. Before work starts you get a fixed quote with the final price and deadline.
Is a photo of the document enough?
Yes. A clear, complete photo or scan, where every stamp and signature can be read, is enough for the quote and the translation.
How do I receive the translation?
By hand in Gavà, by email or WhatsApp with the sworn translator's electronic signature, or by post (shipping paid by the client).
What if it's urgent?
There is an express service in 24/48 hours with a 20 % surcharge. Otherwise, the exact deadline is in the quote.
Can I order extra copies?
Yes. Each extra copy costs 5 % of the translation total.
How do I pay?

Is it valid abroad?
A sworn translation has official validity in Spain. Abroad, each authority may have its own requirements (for example, an apostille on the original document). It is best to check with the receiving authority.
